NO ONE IS ON THIS ISLAND ALONE

Jason and Tamika Troy, the founders of the Max Jax & Jyles Foundation for Autism Spectrum Disorder, are a dynamic couple dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism and their families. With a combined experience of over 28 years in their respective fields, Jason and Tamika bring a wealth of expertise and passion to their roles as President and CEO of MJJ. Jason has a strong background in the global security sector, where he has excelled as an Account Manager for more than 12 years. Tamika, on the other hand, has built a successful career as a Clinical Supervisor in Cardiovascular Technologies.

In addition to their professional endeavors, Jason and Tamika are proud parents to a blended family of seven sons, three of whom are on the autism spectrum. Their deep love and commitment to their children have shaped their true purpose: advocating for awareness, acceptance, inclusion, and support for all neurodivergent individuals and their families. Recognizing the need for a community that offers hope and acceptance, Jason and Tamika have also established their own event planning company, Alibrio Design, LLC. Through this venture, they are able to unleash their creative energies and transform their clients' important life events into unforgettable masterpieces.

While Jason continues to work full time in the global security sector, Tamika has made the selfless decision to step away from her clinical career to focus on the needs of their three sons with ASD. This personal sacrifice reflects their unwavering dedication to ensuring that their children and others like them have access to the support and resources they need to thrive. As the driving forces behind the Max Jax & Jyles Foundation, Jason and Tamika are determined to create a community where everyone feels supported, understood, and valued. Their mission is to be a beacon of hope and acceptance, advocating for awareness and creating opportunities for individuals with autism to lead fulfilling lives.

The Troy family's journey is a testament to the power of love, resilience, and the unwavering belief in the potential of every individual, regardless of their neurodivergence. Through their foundation and their personal experiences, Jason and Tamika along with their organization are dedicated to making a lasting difference in the lives of countless individuals and families affected by autism.
